(Overview)
NOMU, a *conceptual* premium sparkling Yuzu Sake, needed to launch into the competitive RTD market with a brand world that felt established from day one. They wanted the aesthetic of a high-end Tokyo bar—neon lights, wet streets, and clean minimalism—but lacked the six-figure budget required for a multi-location shoot in Japan. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity and a bank of social content that looked expensive, authentic, and refreshing.
The Solution:
A complete brand identity and virtual campaign
We executed a full-stack AI Creative Sprint to build the brand from the ground up.
Identity & Packaging: We designed the logo system and packaging, using AI iteration to balance modern Western typography with traditional Japanese motifs (waves and cherry blossoms) for a "clean but rooted" look.
Virtual Production: Instead of booking flights and models, we built custom AI environments. We composited the 3D product render into diverse settings—from neon-lit Shinjuku alleyways to serene Kyoto rock gardens—controlling the lighting and reflections to match the "sparkling" product profile.
The Outcome:
50+ market-ready assets without a single location shoot.
NOMU launched with a library of assets that would usually take months to produce.
Full Brand Identity: A finalized logo, colour palette, and packaging design ready for print.
50+ Campaign Assets: A mix of high-fidelity product shots and lifestyle imagery for Instagram and TikTok ads.
Cost Efficiency: Achieved a "global campaign" look for approximately 20% of the cost of a traditional location shoot.
